Collect the Sample
Collect a fresh urine specimen in a clean, dry container.
Remove One Strip
Remove one reagent strip from the vial and immediately replace the cap to protect the remaining strips from moisture.
Immerse the Strip
Completely immerse all reagent areas of the strip in the urine specimen, then remove promptly.
Remove Excess Urine
Run the edge of the strip against the rim of the specimen container to remove excess urine without contaminating the reagent pads.
Begin Timing
Hold the strip horizontally and begin timing according to the manufacturer's specified reading times for each parameter.
Compare the Colors
In good lighting, compare each reagent pad with the corresponding color chart on the container at the specified reading time.
Record and Dispose
Record the results and dispose of the used strip according to applicable procedures. Each strip is intended for single use only.

Designed for professional in vitro diagnostic use, the strips test for Leukocytes, Nitrite, Urobilinogen, Protein, pH, Blood, Specific Gravity, Ketones, Bilirubin, and Glucose.

Results are determined by comparing the reagent pad colors with the reference color chart provided on the container. The URS-10T provides a simple and efficient screening tool for clinical settings and can assist healthcare professionals in evaluating indicators associated with urinary tract, kidney, liver, metabolic, and glucose-related conditions.
