Quantity:

1. Remove the test device from the sealed foil pouch and place it on a clean, flat surface.
2. Collect a whole blood, serum, or plasma sample using the supplied transfer pipette. For whole blood, fill the pipette to the red fill line without squeezing the bulb during collection.
3. Dispense the collected specimen into the upper area of the sample well (S) on the test device.
4. Add 2–3 drops of Developer Solution into the lower area of the sample well.
5.Start a timer and allow the test to develop for 8 minutes.
6. Read the results at 8 minutes. Do not interpret results after 15 minutes.
7. A Control (C) line must appear for the test to be valid:
-Positive: Both Control (C) and Test (T) lines appear.
-Negative: Only the Control (C) line appears.
-Invalid: No Control (C) line appears. Repeat testing with a new device.
