  1. Collect the Sample
    Insert the sterile swab into one nostril and rotate it against the inside of the nostril at least 5 times. Repeat the process in the other nostril using the same swab.
  2. Prepare the Sample
    Place the swab into the extraction tube containing the extraction solution. Rotate and mix the swab thoroughly in the liquid.
  3. Extract the Specimen
    Leave the swab in the extraction tube for 1 minute. While removing the swab, squeeze the sides of the tube to extract as much liquid as possible. Discard the swab.
  4. Attach the Dropper Tip
    Securely place the extraction tube tip onto the extraction tube.
  5. Apply the Sample
    Add 8 drops of the processed sample into the sample well of the test cassette.
  6. Read the Results
    Wait 15 minutes before interpreting the results. Do not read the results after 20 minutes.

Result Interpretation

  • COVID-19 Positive: A line appears at the COVID position along with the Control (C) line.
  • Flu A Positive: A line appears at the Flu A position along with the Control (C) line.
  • Flu B Positive: A line appears at the Flu B position along with the Control (C) line.
  • Negative: Only the Control (C) line appears.
  • Invalid: If the Control (C) line does not appear, the test is invalid and should be repeated with a new test device.
