Prepare the test. Wash and dry your hands. Bring the test components to room temperature and place the test device on a clean, flat surface.
Collect the nasal sample. Insert the swab approximately ½ inch into one nostril. Slowly rub the inside wall 5 times for approximately 15 seconds using medium pressure. Using the same swab, repeat in the other nostril.
Prepare the sample. Place the swab into the pre-filled extraction tube. Squeeze the sides of the tube while twirling the swab in the liquid at least 10 times. Continue squeezing the tube while removing the swab, then discard the swab.
Apply the sample. Firmly attach the filter cap. Hold the tube vertically over the test device and dispense 4 drops into the sample well.
Read the result. Wait 15 minutes before reading the test. The uploaded IFU specifies that results should not be read after 20 minutes, as reading too early or too late can produce inaccurate results.

Result interpretation: A C line only indicates a negative result. A C line plus a T line—even a faint T line—indicates a positive result. If the C line does not appear, the test is invalid and should be repeated with a new test.
