1. Prepare - Do not eat, drink, smoke, or chew gum for 10 minutes before testing. Open the pouch and remove the test device and collection swab.

2. Collect Sample - Place the sponge end of the swab in your mouth and saturate it with saliva for 3 minutes.

3. Insert Swab - Insert the swab into the test device and press it down completely until it locks into place.

4. Close Device - Close the lid and keep the test upright on a flat surface.

Reading Results:

Alcohol Result: Read after 2 minutes. Do not read after 5 minutes.
Drug Test Result: Read after 10 minutes. Do not read after 1 hour.

Result Interpretation:

Negative: Two lines (C & T). Even a faint test line is considered negative.
Positive: One line at the Control (C) only.
Invalid: No Control (C) line appears. Repeat the test with a new device.

The Oral Cube™ Oral Fluid Drug and Alcohol Screen Device This Tests for up to 11-panels including alcohol and their metabolites for a rapid, oral fluid screening test that can be performed without the use of an instrument. The test utilizes monoclonal antibodies to selectively detect elevated levels of specific drugs in human oral fluid. The Oral Cube test also comes with a Saliva Indicator which indicates when sufficient samples are collected to perform the test. The saliva indicator decreases invalid test results and prevents from having to re-test the donor due to insufficient sample collected.
